At D’Aurea Collection, we take pride in delivering high-quality, carefully crafted garments. Your satisfaction matters to us, and this Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The request is made within 14 days of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
The item has not been altered, washed, or damaged
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or bespoke items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items
Items marked “Final Sale”
3. How to Start a Return

If approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as D’Aurea Collection is not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order. This ensures faster processing and availability.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

D’Aurea Collection reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy. All decisions regarding returns and refunds are final.
