Order Processing Times

However, custom orders may require more time, depending on the details and specifications provided. We strive to keep our customers informed of their order status at every step of the process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Return and Exchange Policies

At D'Aurea Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Exchanges can be made for different sizes or styles based on availability. Any custom or special order items are not eligible for returns. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
