Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. D’Aurea Collection is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are shipped from the United States unless otherwise stated.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and delivery speed.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties required by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages
D’Aurea Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If a package is lost in transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
